Security and Cloud are the 2 hottest topics in Tech and Cavirin’s platform focuses specifically on both.   Cavirin is seeing extraordinary growth as a result of having a clear, focused vision for success and we are looking to expand our Sales team!

This role is for you if you are currently the trusted advisor to CISO’s, CIO’s and CEO’s. We are looking for determined, focused, and enthusiastic Regional Sales Managers who are committed to making the Security Teams jobs better in the fight against the cyber adversary. This role will pay heavy commissions to those that currently have a book of cyber business that they want to take to the next level.

The Ideal Candidates for This Position:

  • Is someone who has or is looking to expand their consultative influence into the C Suite
  • Are those that have provided cyber risk and compliance products/services to customers
  • Are self-disciplined and embrace the challenge of traversing complex enterprises
  • You know who you are and have made a lot of money making customers safer and understands the grind and its big-dollar reward!

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

  •  Solution Sell the Cavirin Platform to CISO’s and other Security professionals in your respective geography and or segment

  • Build and Manage an SFDC pipeline of suspects, prospects, and customers. Full lifecycle
  • Prospect new business via the Omni Channel set up and personal connections
  • Peer and Partner with you Filed Sales Engineer to create a regional center of sales excellence
    • Schedule and run demos and office hours for customers and prospects to join
    • Drive demand locally and attend key Trade shows
    • Build strategic and selective relationship with the Channel community
    • Own all the attributes of accurate forecasting

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • CISO, CIO and or VP/Dir references a BIG plus!
  • Proven track record of successful new cyber security solution sales is key
  • Top performer history is very desirable
